What is the average length of engagement for MasterMarketing's Outsourced Sales Program?
MasterMarketing's service engagements are designed for maximum flexibility and are uniquely tailored to each client.  However, most clients engage us for a minimum of one year to receive maximum benefit from the program.  The shortest engagement has been one year.  We have worked on engagements up to 4 years.  We are VERY flexible to accommodate the needs of most organizations.
 

 

Does the outsourced sales program include the installation and deployment of a CRM?
Yes.  For all clients that purchase the PipeLINE Program service, we set up and configure your own custom CRM to provide visibility to you of our activities and enable us to effectively track and manage all lead and customer opportunity information.  The scope of services for the CRM are clearly defined in our agreement.  If you opt to use a CRM other than the one provided, this can be accomplished at an additional cost.


 

How do you manage sales performance throughout each service engagement?
MasterMarketing's treats each engagement separately and provides performance monitoring and service metrics for each client in accordance to mutually agreed upon metrics.  We establish a sales quota at the start of each engagement.  Our sales team maps out a unique plan to address how they will achieve these objectives.  We measure our sales performance weekly, monthly, and annually to ensure we are meeting our targets.  Each client is assigned an engagement manager who provides oversight and administration for each client.

This is a key differentiator of MasterMarketing.  We endeavor to help you master your market potential, thus we hire only industry veterans familiar with your unique industry.  We do our homework as well. How are MasterMarketing's Outsourced Sales engagements priced?
Again, we offer maximum flexibility to our clients.  Our fee structure include a fixed and variable amount.  The variable amount is based on performance. The fixed portion of the fee structure covers monthly expenses.  Our fee structure is performance-oriented.  We don't make money until you make money.  The variable portion of our fees is in the form of sales commission and bonus which can be structured through mutual agreement.  We are pleased to offer you a quote so you can better understand the difference.
 

 

 

We are an international company.  We do not have offices in the U.S.  Can we use your location in Chicago as our U.S.-based office on our website?
Yes.  For all clients that purchase the PipeLINE Program service, we offer the option to use our Chicago location as your U.S. home office. This address can be posted on your website if desired.  Contact us and ask for more details.


 

How do you handle telephone calls that come into the virtual  sales office?
This is another key differentiator of our service.  We are a virtual sales office thus, we answer all incoming calls with your custom greeting.  Your clients and prospects are not aware they are calling our office.  Through our unique VoIP system (optional), we can customize out of office greetings, voice mail and even your own unique "on hold" message that describes your product/service offering when a caller is placed on hold.
 

 

How long is the ramp up time for a typical service engagement?
A typical year-long service engagement may take 1-month up to 3 months to for ramp up time.  This depends heavily on the length of the engagement and the specific product/service offering.  Once we are up and running, we offering weekly, bi-weekly, monthly status meetings as well as sales performance metrics.
